how fast can time pass? we were just preparing for cny, and now, even v day's over. okay. so here's how i spent my v day; the funniest one, i've had. i don't usually have lots of pictures in my posts, so here's one that's pictures overload. ;))

it was a working day, and it feels really weird to

dress up, so i just put on a simple color, black,

and a new red heart leather bag.

specially did my nails for V day.

i love to match/clash different colors on my nails.

ping picked me up from work and we head down to rws'

hard rock cafe. fortunately, we made reservations, else

the wait would've been a freaking hour and i was famished.

my raspberry smoothie. nice, but too sweet.

i love whip cream.

we ordered a chilli crab dip for starters.

quite yummy. i can't explain, but i like it 'cause

it has a tint of sour to it, not just totally sweet.

spicy enough though.

ping ordered steak. i love mash potatoes, and

i'm quite picky with the taste. hard rock cafe's

mash potato has the taste i'm longing for. ;))

i just ordered something simple. chicken mac

and cheese with garlic toast. this is way better

than kenny rogers. when i had mac and cheese

at kenny rogers, i didn't understand why people

can stand finishing it. it's just too "ni". i can't

think of the word for it. but i finished this whole

plate, though the chicken could be more tender.

that's my valentine. ;)

we wandered around rws, stalling for time. but there was nothing much there, unless you're going to try your luck in winning some money or heading to uss. we decided to catch the crane ballerina water show since we're there. we waited for a full half an hour for a ten minute show, which wasn't that impressive, but it was alright.

dessert at island creamery. ping's mud pie.

i wanted watermelon sorbet, but they didn't have it. ;((

so i had pulut hitam and chendol, which taste awesome

with crushed nuts. okay. i just had it again, today. ;))

since tomorrow is a work day, and he had school, we headed home early.

my v day present from him. the sony w series

headphone. my new tool for running, that's if

i start running again. teeheee. it's a heart shape

when it clips together.

what surprised me was, something that happened before our v day dinner. he, trying to surprise me, ordered a bouquet of blue roses to be delivered to me while i was working. loves. ;)))))) all smiles, all smiles. guess, i bugged him too much about blue roses. lol. my uncle was so funny. he saw the delivery man coming with the bouquet and asked who was it for. the delivery man said Perlyn. my uncle said, "HUH? the bouquet so small arh? if i'm her, i won't even want to accept!" lol. my uncle left the man speechless. i was giggling like wtf. haha.

how blue. how blue?? even the wrapper is blue.

i'm obsessed with the color. it's just pretty.

but it's not bad huh? hah.

after a week. ;(( the petals started falling off.

okay. here's why this year's v day was funny. i was always well prepared for v day, baking cheesecakes, and making tiramisu. this year, was a tad toooo last minute. just because i went bonkers shopping for myself than his present. oooops. hence, i decided to bake cookies.
